Tyler Furrison This is the track I heard in the video and it stood out to me the most. It sounds like a cacophony of synths and reverb on top of it. Surprisingly calming to my own ears and it feels like it's a minute longer than it really is. Favorite track: Segments Song.

Sascha Freihals Heard "Come Along" in the background of the youtube-video "Scifi-Hifi" about the Dual MN 8010, and what should i say: instant smile, instant buy. Doesnt happens often lately... :-) Favorite track: Come Along.

r3l3xx I love the spacey, "legacy", kind of chiptune sound of the song "Dancing Dollies". The whole album (as well as the YT videos) is really great. I continue enjoining all together. Keep up the work! Favorite track: Dancing Dollies.

sdziscool There is an unrivaled amount of warmth in these tracks that you simply can't find anywhere else, while at the same time also packing a lot of energy. Favorite track: Sounds from the Library.

about

As this album is released around the same time that I publish a new YouTube video about segmented displays, it wasn't difficult to come up with a title and artwork. But since there are already countless albums and songs named Segments I decided to name it Segmented Segments which personally made me laugh so that's good... The music however is not segmented or anything so in that sense the title makes no sense at all...

As per usual I do NOT participate in the 'loudness war'. I also have stopped the so-called 'ducking' or 'side chaining' to make tracks 'pump'. I find that very tiring to the ears and it gets annoying really soon. Turn the volume a bit louder than your usual setting and enjoy the 'air' and 'breath' that this music hopefully delivers.
